Clarksville gave their fans exactly what they wanted out of a home opener on Monday. They put the hurt on the Creek Wood Red Hawks with a sharp 3-0 victory. For the Wildcats, this counts as revenge for the 3-2 win the Red Hawks walked away with the last time they faced one another back in September of 2024.

Clarksville not only won, but also showed off some consistency: they kept Creek Wood between 17 and 20 points across their sets. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-18, 25-20, 25-17.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Clarksville will square off against Dickson County at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Creek Wood, they will be defending their home court for the first time this season when they go up against Cheatham County Central at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. This will be the Red Hawks' first chance to prove their worth in the conference.
