Basketball Game Preview: Liberty Center Tigers vs. Wauseon Indians

The Liberty Center Tigers and the Wauseon Indians will round out the year against one another at at 8:00 p.m. on Thursday.

Liberty Center is headed in fresh off scoring the most points they have all season. They fell 54-45 to North Central on Saturday. The Tigers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Meanwhile, Wauseon didn't have too much trouble with Bath on Saturday as they won 46-27. The Indians pushed the score to 34-14 by the end of the third, a deficit the Wildcats cut but never quite recovered from.

Liberty Center now has a losing record at 3-4. As for Wauseon, they have been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six games, which provided a nice bump to their 6-2 record this season.

Liberty Center took their win against Wauseon when the teams last played back in February by a conclusive 56-35. The rematch might be a little tougher for Liberty Center since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
