Michael Cooper, Jeffersonville's leader in steals on the season, led the team again on Saturday. Despite the loss, Cooper was still balling out as he went 8 of 17 en route to 21 points and five steals. His evening made it six games in a row in which he has scored at least ten points.

Cooper and Jeffersonville will have a little extra prep time after the defeat as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Floyd Central at 7:30 p.m. on January 17th. Cooper hasn't had any trouble running up the score (he's averaged 20.1 per game this season), but he'll have his work cut out for him against a dominant the Highlanders defense that's only given up 20.4 points per game.
