Softball Game Preview: Gloversville Huskies/Dragons vs. South Glens Falls Bulldogs

Gloversville is 0-4 against South Glens Falls since May of 2018 but things could change on Monday. The Huskies/Dragons will square off against the Bulldogs at 4:30 p.m. Gloversville has given up an average of 16.9 runs per game this season, but Monday's game will give them a chance to turn things around.

Gloversville is headed into Monday's matchup looking for a big change in momentum after dropping their eighth straight game on Thursday. They lost 23-4 to Glens Falls.

Meanwhile, South Glens Falls unfortunately witnessed the end of their 12-game winning streak on Saturday. They fell just short of Hudson Falls by a score of 6-5.

Kylee Craft was cooking despite her team's loss, going 2-for-3 with one home run and two runs. The team also got some help courtesy of Aubrey Hay, who went 2-for-3 with one run and one RBI.

South Glens Falls suffered their first home loss, dropping their record down to 12-2. As for Gloversville, their defeat dropped their record down to 2-13.

Gloversville might still be hurting after the 21-3 loss they got from South Glens Falls in their previous meeting back in April. Can the Huskies/Dragons avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
