Bourbon was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their fifth straight loss dating back to last season. They lost 10-2 to the Dixon Bulldogs. Unfortunately, that's the first time they've come up short against the Bulldogs this season, with their most recent defeat being a 10-3 loss on Wednesday.

Bourbon's defeat dropped their record down to 0-2.

The teams didn't have to wait long for a rematch: Dixon beat Bourbon by a score of 10-3 later that day.
