Soccer Recap: Newfield Gets the Win

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Southern Cayuga, Newfield was happy to have turned things around on Monday. They never let the Moravia Blue Devils get on the board and left with a 6-0 victory. Newfield haven't had any issues with Moravia recently, as the game was their seventh consecutive win against them.

The victory got Newfield back to even at 3-3. As for Moravia, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-7-1.

Coincidentally, Newfield and Moravia will both be playing Marathon the next time they take the pitch. The Blue Devils will head out to face the Olympians at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday, while the Trojans will host them at 5:00 p.m. on Friday.
