Baseball Recap: Williamsburg Comes Up Short

Williamsburg lost against Clear Creek-Amana on Monday, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. The Raiders lost 16-3 to the Clippers. The Raiders have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Williamsburg's loss dropped their record down to 10-16. As for Clear Creek-Amana, they are on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six matches. That's provided a massive bump to their 15-11 record this season.

Williamsburg will challenge Dike-New Hartford at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. The Wolverines will roll in looking for their eighth straight victory, something the Raiders surely won't give up without a fight. As for Clear Creek-Amana, they wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next contest, a 17-11 win against Fairfield on the 1st.
