Soccer Recap: Claremont Comes Up Short

Claremont was the 3-2 winner over Upland when they last played one another back in February of 2015, but their luck changed this time around. The Claremont Wolfpack came up short against the Upland Highlanders/Scots on Monday, falling 3-0. The Wolfpack have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Claremont now has a losing record at 1-2-1. As for Upland, they now have a winning record of 2-1-1.

Claremont will venture away from home to face off against Walnut at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. Walnut's defense has only allowed 0.4 goals per game this season, so Claremont's offense will have their work cut out for them. As for Upland, they will be home for the holidays to greet Garey at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. Upland is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 2.8 goals per game this season.
