Basketball Game Preview: Winslow Bulldogs vs. Blue Ridge Yellow Jackets

Having just played yesterday, the Winslow Bulldogs will get right back to it and host the Blue Ridge Yellow Jackets at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Having both just faced considerable losses, both teams are looking to turn things around.

Winslow lost 56-33 to Snowflake on Thursday. The loss continues a trend for the Bulldogs in their matchups with the Lobos: they've now lost five in a row.

Meanwhile, Blue Ridge was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their sixth straight defeat. They came up short against Show Low, falling 49-29. While losing is never fun, the Yellow Jackets can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Arizona basketball rankings (they are ranked 120th, while the Cougars are ranked 22nd).

Winslow's loss dropped their record down to 4-17. As for Blue Ridge, their defeat dropped their record down to 9-14.
