Basketball Recap: Manchester Memorial Takes a Loss

Manchester Memorial was the 64-60 winner over Dover when they last played one another back in January of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Manchester Memorial Crusaders took a blow against the Dover Green Wave on Friday, falling 62-35. The match marked the Crusaders' lowest-scoring contest so far this season.

Manchester Memorial has been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four games, which put a noticeable dent in their 7-7 record this season. As for Dover, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 6-8.

Coming up, Manchester Memorial will venture away from home to square off against Winnacunnet at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Manchester Memorial is facing Winnacunnet at the right time seeing as Winnacunnet is stuck on a three-game losing streak. As for Dover, they will take on Goffstown at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Goffstown knows how to get points on the board -- the squad has finished with 55 points or more in their past seven matches -- so hopefully Dover likes a good challenge.
