Baseball Recap: Beresford Comes Up Short

Beresford lost to Dakota Valley back in April and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Watchdogs fell 6-2 to the Panthers.

Beresford's loss dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Dakota Valley, they moved to 4-3 with that victory, which also ended their three-game losing streak.

Beresford does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Dakota Valley, they will have some time to savor their win since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Elk Point-Jefferson at 5:30 p.m. on the 11th.
