Volleyball Recap: North Farmington Comes Up Short

North Farmington lost against South Lyon back in November of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Raiders took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Lions.

While North Farmington had to settle for second, they sure made a game of it, scoring at least 18 points in every set they played. The match finished with set scores of 25-20, 25-18.

North Farmington's defeat was their fifth straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 0-2.

North Farmington will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Walled Lake Western at 6:30 p.m. on September 2. As for South Lyon, they have already played their next contest, a 2-0 win against Divine Child on the 21st.
