Saratoga lost to Cupertino back in September, but they didn't allow them the same satisfaction on Wednesday. The Falcons put the hurt on the Pioneers with a sharp 3-0 victory. Winning may never get old, but the Falcons sure are getting used to it with their fifth in a row.

While Saratoga won a shutout, things came down to the wire in the second set they played. The match finished with set scores of 25-20, 25-23, 25-13.

Saratoga's record is now 13-9. As for Cupertino, with the defeat, they broke their 13-match winning streak and moved their record to 21-6.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Saratoga will square off against Gunn at 6:45 p.m. on Monday. As for Cupertino, they will face off against Ann Sobrato at 6:45 p.m. on Thursday.
