Football Recap: Graham Falls Despite Big Games from Brodie Martin and Jace Gill + How To Watch

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Graham can now relate to. The game between the Steers and the Greenwood Rangers didn't end well, with the Steers falling 36-21. The Steers were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Rangers apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in October of 2023.

Graham's loss on Friday came despite strong showings from Jace Gill and Brodie Martin. Gill threw for 179 yards and one TD, while Martin picked up 51 receiving yards and one touchdown.

Even if they lost, Graham's defensive line still kept up the pressure with three sacks. Thomason Burkett was particularly dangerous to the passing game, picking up two himself. Isaiah Flores was another major factor on D, making 11 total tackles (1.0 for loss).

Graham does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Greenwood, they will head out to face off against Brock at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The Rangers will need to watch out since the Eagles have now posted at least 31 points in their last four matchups.
