Basketball Recap: Fort Wayne Wayne Continues Home Dominance on Friday

Fort Wayne Wayne hadn't done well against Fort Wayne Concordia Lutheran recently (they were 2-7 in their previous nine matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Friday. The Fort Wayne Wayne Generals came out on top in a nail-biter against the Fort Wayne Concordia Lutheran Cadets, sneaking past 52-49. While the Generals didn't have the best season last year (they finished 8-16), it's starting to look like those struggles are a thing of the past.

Kamoni Grayson continued her habit of posting crazy stat lines, going 8 of 14 on her way to 21 points and four steals. The team also got some help courtesy of Layla Williams, who went 6 for 9 en route to 13 points and three blocks.
