Basketball Recap: Fredonia Yellowjackets vs. Pleasanton Blu-Jays
After flying high against Chetopa on Friday, Fredonia came back down to earth. The Yellowjackets fell just short of the Pleasanton Blu-Jays by a score of 28-25 on Tuesday. The Yellowjackets were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Blu-Jays apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in January of 2024.
Fredonia has also been struggling recently as they've lost five of their last six games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 2-9 record this season. As for Pleasanton, the victory (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 6-4.
