Basketball Recap: Carver Snaps Eight-Game Streak of Wins at Home

Carver lost against Northside back in February of 2019, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Carver Challengers fell 75-65 to the Northside Mustangs.

Carver's loss ended an eight-game streak of wins at home dating back to last season and dropped them to 0-2. As for Northside, they are on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four contests, which provided a massive bump to their 3-4 record this season.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Carver will face off against Bogan at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. Carver is facing Bogan at the right time seeing as Bogan is stuck on an eight-game losing streak. As for Northside, they will welcome Crane Medical at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. Northside knows how to get points on the board -- the team has finished with 55 points or more in their past four matches -- so hopefully Crane Medical likes a good challenge.
