Liam Rogers put up the most strikeouts he's had since back in April of 2024 on Tuesday. He struck out six batters over three innings while giving up just one earned (and two unearned) runs off four hits (and only one walk). He has been nothing but reliable on the mound: he hasn't given up more than two walks in five consecutive appearances.

Rogers' strong effort led Westwood over Fullington Academy and he'll get a chance to do so again: the teams have a rematch scheduled at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday.
