Basketball Recap: West Linn Beats Bishop O'dowd for Their Fourth Straight Victory

West Linn entered their tilt with Bishop O'Dowd on Wednesday with three consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with four. They enjoyed a cozy 52-38 victory over the Bishop O'Dowd Dragons. The 52-point effort marked the Lions' lowest-scoring match of the season, but in the end it didn't matter.

West Linn's win was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Reese Jordan, who went 8 of 18 en route to 19 points and five rebounds. Jordan's morning made it four games in a row in which she has scored at least ten points. Another player making a difference was Kaylor Buse, who posted seven points in addition to nine boards and seven steals.

West Linn's victory bumped their record up to 4-1. As for Bishop O'Dowd, they now have a losing record at 2-3.
