Basketball Recap: Daleville Comes Up Short

Daleville was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their seventh straight loss. They lost 65-44 to the Headland Rams. Sadly, that's the second time they've come up short against the Warhawks this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 54-47 back in November of 2024.

Daleville's defeat dropped their record down to 5-21. As for Headland, the win snapped their losing streak at three games and leaves them with a 11-12 record.

Daleville does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Headland, they will face off against Eufaula at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. The timing is sure in Eufaula's favor as the squad sits on four straight wins at home while Headland has been banged up by three consecutive losses on the road.
