Baseball Recap: Silverado Comes Up Short

Silverado and Grace squared off in some playoff action on Tuesday, but Silverado had to settle for second. They came up short against the Lancers, falling 14-8.

Silverado's defeat dropped their record down to 13-12. As for Grace, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 13-11-2.

Silverado does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Grace, they will challenge Bosco Tech at 3:15 p.m. on Friday. The Lancers' pitchers better be ready for this one: the Tigers have averaged an impressive 8.7 runs per game this season.
