The Cougars beat the Fighting Trojans by the very same score they won with in their prior game: 11-2. The result was nothing new for the Cougars, who have now won six contests by nine runs or more so far this season.

Coleman is on a roll lately: they've won seven of their last nine matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 9-3 record this season. Those victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 9.9 runs over those games. As for Green Bay Southwest, they dropped their record down to 2-11 with the loss, which was their seventh straight at home.
