Basketball Game Preview: Oasis Academy Bighorns vs. Silver Stage Nighthawks

Oasis Academy hasn't had much luck against Silver Stage recently, but that could start to change on Tuesday. The Oasis Academy Bighorns are taking a road trip to take on the Silver Stage Nighthawks at 4:30 p.m. Having both just faced considerable losses, both teams are looking to turn things around.

Oasis Academy is headed into Tuesday's game looking for a big change in momentum after dropping their third straight game on Saturday. They lost 49-28 to West Wendover.

Meanwhile, Silver Stage was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their sixth straight defeat. They took a blow against Pershing County, falling 61-27.

Oasis Academy's loss dropped their record down to 4-7. As for Silver Stage, their defeat dropped their record down to 2-9.

Oasis Academy strolled past Silver Stage in their previous matchup back in December of 2024 by a score of 39-24. The rematch might be a little tougher for Oasis Academy since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
