Basketball Recap: Southeastern Takes a Loss

Southeastern lost against Westfall back in December of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Wednesday. The Southeastern Panthers were beaten by the Westfall Mustangs 62-35. The Panthers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Southeastern's defeat dropped their record down to 6-9. As for Westfall, their win ended a three-game drought at home and bumped them up to 6-7.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. A feisty cat fight is on tap when the Southeastern Panthers duke it out with the Paint Valley Bearcats at 1:30 p.m. on Saturday. As for Westfall, they are taking a road trip to take on Zane Trace at 7:00 p.m. on Saturday. Westfall is facing Zane Trace at the right time seeing as Zane Trace is stuck on a 12-game losing streak.
