West Chicago's game on Friday was all tied up 20-20 at the half, but luckily for them it didn't stay that way. They managed a 46-42 victory over the Elmwood Park Tigers. That's the third time they've managed to beat them this season, with their most recent win being a 43-29 victory back in December of 2024.

West Chicago's win bumped their record up to 11-17. As for Elmwood Park, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 10-19.

Coming up, West Chicago and Maine West will face off at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday without much rest, having both just played. As for Elmwood Park, they will challenge St. Edward at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. St. Edward has been getting the ball to fall more lately as they've increased their point totals each of their last four games.
