Basketball Recap: Floyd Central Comes Up Short

Floyd Central was the 53-41 winner over Jeffersonville when they last played one another back in February, but their luck changed this time around. The Highlanders fell just short of the Red Devils by a score of 50-47 on Thursday.

Floyd Central's loss dropped their record down to 3-2. As for Jeffersonville, the victory snapped their losing streak at three games and leaves them with a 3-5 record.

Coming up, Floyd Central will square off against Evansville Reitz at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday. As for Jeffersonville, they will head out to face off against Bedford North Lawrence at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
