Itawamba Agricultural extended their postseason success on Tuesday against West Lauderdale. They put the hurt on the Knights with a sharp 7-1 victory. Considering the Indians have won 20 matchups by more than five runs this season, Tuesday's blowout was nothing new.

Itawamba Agricultural is on a roll lately: they've won eight of their last nine games. That's provided a nice bump to their 30-7 record this season. The wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 9.7 runs over those games. As for West Lauderdale, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 23-14.

Coming up, Itawamba Agricultural will challenge Choctaw Central at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. The two teams have allowed few runs on average (the Indians 2.2, the Warriors 3.4) so any runs scored will be well earned. West Lauderdale does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
