Baseball Recap: Western Reserve Takes a Loss

Western Reserve was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They took a 6-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Plymouth Big Red. The Roughriders were not able to make up for their defeat to the Big Red from their previous meeting back in May of 2024.

Western Reserve's loss dropped their record down to 7-9. As for Plymouth, their victory ended a three-game drought on the road and puts them at 10-8.

While Western Reserve had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
