Softball Recap: Nixa Shuts Out Sullivan

15 must be Nixa's lucky number: they beat Sullivan with that score not once but twice on Friday. Nixa's pitchers stepped up to hand Sullivan a 15-0 shutout. That's two games straight in which Nixa has won by exactly 15 runs.

Nixa has now won eight of their last nine games at home. That's provided a massive bump to their 17-12 record this season. Sullivan (12-13) has now lost five in a row.

Nixa wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next matchup, a 10-6 victory against Carthage on the 10th.
