Volleyball Recap: Lancaster Baptist Comes Up Short + How To Watch

If Lancaster Baptist was feeling good fresh off their 3-0 takedown of Trona on Tuesday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Eagles took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Faith Baptist Contenders on Thursday. The Eagles haven't had much luck with the Contenders recently, as the team has come up short the last nine times they've met.

The match finished with set scores of 25-13, 25-14, 22-25, 25-8.

Faith Baptist got their win on the backs of several key players, but it was Faith Orquiola out in front who had 13 assists and two aces. That's the most aces Orquiola has posted since back in October of 2024.

Lancaster Baptist now has a losing record of 2-3. As for Faith Baptist, they have been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 6-2 record this season.

Lancaster Baptist will face off against Santa Clarita Christian at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Faith Baptist, they will welcome Viewpoint at 5:15 p.m. on Friday.
