Softball Preview: South Point Pointers vs. Piketon Redstreaks
The South Point Pointers will stay at home for another game and welcome the Piketon Redstreaks at 5:30 p.m. on Friday.

Alli Stidham made the most of her time at bat despite the final result and went 2-for-3 with two runs and a triple. The team also got some help courtesy of Josie Kidd, who scored a run while going 2-for-3.
Meanwhile, Piketon got themselves on the board against North Adams on Monday, but North Adams never followed suit. They won by a run and slipped past the Green Devils 1-0.
Piketon's victory was truly a team effort as three different players contributed at least one hit. One of them was Jaylin Forbes, who went 1-for-3 with a stolen base, a double, and an RBI.
South Point dropped their record down to 1-3 with that defeat, which was their third straight at home. As for Piketon, their win bumped their record up to 3-1.
