Baseball Recap: Citronelle Takes a Loss

Citronelle was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their sixth straight loss. They lost 11-1 to the St. Paul's Episcopal Saints. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Saints this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 10-3 last Wednesday.

Citronelle's defeat dropped their record down to 9-15. As for St. Paul's Episcopal, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 11-7.

Looking ahead, Citronelle will welcome Flomaton at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for St. Paul's Episcopal, they will head out on the road to challenge Faith Academy at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday.
