Volleyball Recap: Stockbridge Takes a Loss

It was a proper cat-fight when Stockbridge faced off against Jonesboro on Monday. The Tigers came up short against the Cardinals, falling 3-0. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest defeat the Tigers have suffered since October 9, 2024.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-17, 25-8, 25-15.

This is the second loss in a row for Stockbridge and nudges their season record down to 13-11. As for Jonesboro, they have been performing well recently as they've won 15 of their last 20 matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 19-13 record this season.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Stockbridge will square off against McDonough at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Jonesboro, they will take on Christian Heritage at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
