Volleyball Recap: DSST: Cedar Takes a Loss

DSST: Cedar was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their seventh straight loss. They fell 3-1 to the DSST: Green Valley Ranch Raptors. The Falcons were not able to make up for their defeat to the Raptors from their previous meeting back in October of 2024.

DSST: Cedar was was forced to take the loss, but they sure made DSST: Green Valley Ranch work for it, especially in the second set. The final score came out to 25-12, 26-24, 19-25, 25-23.

DSST: Cedar's loss dropped their record down to 4-13. As for DSST: Green Valley Ranch, they have been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 8-8 record this season.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. DSST: Cedar is set to take on their familiar foe Kennedy at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, DSST: Green Valley Ranch will face off against rival DSST: Montview at 5:30 p.m. on Friday.
