League recap: Northbrook scores huge upset over Tomball Memorial

The biggest upset of the week belonged to Tomball Memorial, who took down 929th ranked Tomball Memorial, 37-10.

Northbrook moved up to 914 from 959 in the state rankings this week, the biggest jump in 4A Region III District 22. The Raiders climbed the ranks as a result of besting the Wildcats 37-10.

Tomball's offense has been unstoppable this season and the Cougars feature the season leaders in passing, rushing and receiving yards. Drew Reynolds has thrown for 778 yards and 11 touchdowns this season, while Dmitri Scott has 12 catches for 192 yards. Xavier Powell leads the league in rushing with 862 yards.

A big matchup in the league this week will be when Stratford takes on Tomball. The Spartans are currently in second, while the Cougars are in fourth.

Fort Bend Marshall extended the longest winning streak in 4A Region III District 22 this week by beating Spring Woods, 60-0. This was the team's eighth consecutive win.
