Fort Bend Elkins won the last time they faced Fort Bend Bush and things went their way on Friday too. The Knights came out on top against the Broncos by a score of 3-1.

Fort Bend Elkins had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first set, they turned around to win the next three. The final score came out to 18-25, 25-14, 25-15, 25-17.

Leading Fort Bend Elkins to victory were Hailey Dela Cruz and Evelyn Wong. Dela Cruz had 16 digs and one assist, while Wong had six digs. That's the most digs Wong has posted since back in August.

Fort Bend Elkins was lethal from the service line and finished the match with ten aces. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now served at least five aces in seven consecutive matches.
