Waynesburg Central strolled into their game on Monday with a perfect record and they left with the same. They were the clear victors by a 10-2 margin over the Seton LaSalle Rebels. The result was nothing new for the Raiders, who have now won six contests by six runs or more so far this season.

Alex VanSickle was incredible, going 2-for-4 with one home run, two runs, and two RBI. Another player making a difference was Jake Stephenson, who went 2-for-4 with one triple, two RBI, and one run.

Waynesburg Central pushed their record up to 9-0 with the victory, which was their fourth straight on the road dating back to last season. Those road wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 3.8 runs on average over those games. As for Seton LaSalle, the loss was their first at home , dropping their record down to 5-4.

Waynesburg Central will have a chance to go back-to-back against the Rebels: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 3:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
