Basketball Game Preview: Memorial Red Devils vs. United Golden Eagles

The Memorial Red Devils will head out on the road to take on the United Golden Eagles at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.

On Thursday, Memorial ended up a good deal behind Valley Christian and lost 46-30. The Red Devils have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Memorial's defeat shouldn't obscure the performances of Yaleiska Diaz, who dropped a double-double with ten points and ten steals, and Le'Asia Miller, who posted four points in addition to eight rebounds and three steals. Diaz is on a roll when it comes to steals, as she's now grabbed two or more in each of the last four games she's played.

Meanwhile, United earned a 39-28 victory over East Liverpool on Thursday. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Golden Eagles.

Memorial's loss dropped their record down to 6-15. As for United, their win bumped their record up to 14-8.
