Volleyball Recap: Crestline Bulldogs vs. Central Christian Comets
Crestline lost against Central Christian back in August and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Bulldogs came up short against the Comets, falling 3-0. The Bulldogs have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.
The match finished with set scores of 25-13, 25-8, 25-7.
Izzy Sefcek paced Crestline's offense, picking up three kills. Sefcek got some help from Addison Hill and her four assists.
Maclaren Fry was the offensive standout of the match as she had seven digs and two aces. That's the most aces she has posted over her last five matchups.
Crestline's defeat dropped their record down to 6-12. As for Central Christian, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 11-3.
Crestline wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 3-1 loss against Plymouth on the 29th. As for Central Christian, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 3-0 victory against Aquinas on the 25th.
