Preview: Thunderbird Titans vs. Bradshaw Mountain Bears
Thunderbird has been on the road for two straight, but on Thursday they'll finally head home. They will take on the Bradshaw Mountain Bears at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Bradshaw Mountain took a loss in their last game and will be looking to turn the tables on Thunderbird, who comes in off a win.
Thunderbird stacked a sixth blowout onto their ever-increasing hoard on Friday. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat St. Mary's 29-0 on the road. Thunderbird pushed the score to 22-0 by the end of the third, a deficit St. Mary's had little chance of recovering from.
Elijah Little continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines, rushing for 87 yards and a touchdown on only 11 carries. Tyler Woods was in the mix as well, providing Thunderbird with two touchdowns.
Meanwhile, Bradshaw Mountain unfortunately witnessed the end of their three-game winning streak on Friday. They lost to Lee Williams on the road by a decisive 38-21 margin.
Thunderbird is on a roll lately: they've won six of their last seven contests, which provided a nice bump to their 8-2 record this season. As for Bradshaw Mountain, their loss dropped their record down to 7-3.
Thunderbird was taken down by Bradshaw Mountain 37-8 in their previous meeting back in October of 2022. Can Thunderbird avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
