Milton posted their closest win since September 11th on Saturday. They narrowly escaped with a victory as the squad sidled past the Oregon Panthers 2-1. The Red Hawks haven't had any issues with the Panthers recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive win against them.

Despite the loss, Oregon still got an impressive performance from Alexis Fields, who had 13 digs and two assists. Fields has been hot recently, having posted ten or more digs the last four times she's played.

Milton's victory bumped their record up to 21-11. As for Oregon, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 15-21.

Milton didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 2-1 loss against DeForest on the 11th. As for Oregon, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next match, a 2-0 win against Beaver Dam on the 11th.
