Chautauqua Lake won the last time they faced Gowanda and things went their way on Thursday too. The Eagles blew past the Panthers 3-0. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Eagles.

Chautauqua Lake walked away with the victory (and looked especially good in the second set). The match finished with set scores of 25-19, 25-13, 25-19.

Their offense was headlined by Nolianna Paddock and Kinslee Motter, who picked up eight kills apiece. They got some help from Karagan Fairbank and her 33 assists. She was also solid from the service line: she led the team with seven aces.

Chautauqua Lake's win bumped their record up to 23-7-1. As for Gowanda, their loss ended a three-match streak of away wins and brought them to 8-2.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Chautauqua Lake will take on Fredonia at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Gowanda, they will face off against Eden at 6:30 p.m. on Monday.
