If Worth County was feeling good fresh off their 7-0 takedown of Cook last Tuesday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Worth County Rams fell just short of the Sherwood Christian Academy Eagles by a score of 3-2 on Thursday. The Rams' loss signaled the end of their three-game winning streak.

London Brown and Karlee Mathews scored both of Worth County's goals, bringing their combined season tally to five goals.

Worth County's defeat dropped their record down to 6-3. As for Sherwood Christian Academy, they have been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four games. That's provided a nice bump to their 4-2 record this season.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Worth County will take on Dodge County at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Sherwood Christian Academy, they will challenge Deerfield-Windsor at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
