Tri-Valley won the last time they faced River View and things went their way on Saturday too. The Tri-Valley Scotties put the hurt on the River View Black Bears with a sharp 64-41 victory. The Scotties have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won nine matches by 23 points or more this season.

River View lost despite a true team effort on offense, the best among them being Layton Massie, who posted 12 points and eight rebounds. Another player making a difference was Parker Andrews, who went 7 of 15 en route to 14 points.

The win (which was Tri-Valley's fifth in a row) raised their record to 12-4. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 67.4 points per game. As for River View, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 4-9.

When Tri-Valley and River View next hit the court, they'll be up against teams who recently just can't seem to lose. Tri-Valley will square off against West Muskingum and their three-game winning streak at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, River View will try to stop John Glenn's 11-game winning streak when the meet at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
