Football Game Preview: Arlington Red Devils vs. Leipsic Vikings

The Arlington Red Devils will head out on the road to face off against the Leipsic Vikings at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Arlington will be strutting in after a victory while Leipsic will be coming in after a defeat.

Arlington will bounce into Friday's game after beating McComb, who they had gone 1-8 against in their nine prior meetings. The Red Devils walked away with a 21-14 win over the Panthers on Friday. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Red Devils.

Meanwhile, Friday just wasn't the day for Leipsic's offense. They were outmatched by Liberty-Benton and fell 52-0. The Vikings haven't had much luck with the Eagles recently, as the team has come up short the last six times they've met.

Arlington's victory bumped their record up to 6-2. As for Leipsic, their loss was their first of the season and makes their record 7-1.

Arlington came up short against Leipsic in their previous matchup back in October of 2024, falling 20-14. Can the Red Devils avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
