Volleyball Game Preview: Legacy Ranch Wranglers vs. Austin Achieve Polar Bears + Official Tickets

The Legacy Ranch Wranglers will venture away from home to take on the Austin Achieve Polar Bears at 6:30 p.m. on Friday. Legacy Ranch will be strutting in after a victory while Austin Achieve will be coming in after a loss.

Legacy Ranch took a loss when they played away from home on Friday, but their home fans gave them all the motivation they needed on Tuesday. They blew past Eastside Early College 3-0.

Legacy Ranch walked away with the win (and looked especially good in the third set). The match finished with set scores of 25-16, 25-20, 25-12.

Meanwhile, Austin Achieve lost 3-0 to Lago Vista on Tuesday. The Polar Bears haven't had much luck with the Vikings recently, as the team has come up short the last four times they've met.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-14, 25-16, 25-14.

Legacy Ranch has been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 14-11 record this season. As for Austin Achieve, their defeat dropped their record down to 2-6.

Everything went Legacy Ranch's way against Austin Achieve when the teams last played back in September, as Legacy Ranch made off with a 3-0 victory. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Wranglers since the squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
