Summit is 9-1 against Mountain View since October of 2017 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Tuesday. The Storm will be playing at home against the Cougars at 6:00 p.m. Summit will be strutting in after a victory while Mountain View will be coming in after a defeat.

Summit's defense heads into the matchup hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed on Friday. They put the hurt on Redmond/Culver with a sharp 8-0 win. Summit might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won four contests by three goals or more this season.

Meanwhile, Mountain View entered their match against Caldera on Friday without any home losses, but there's a first time for everything. The Cougars fell 2-0 to Caldera. Having soared to a lofty four goals in the game before, Mountain View's shutout was a dramatic turnaround.

Summit has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won four of their last five matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 4-1-2 record this season. Those victories came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only given up one goal over those five contests. As for Mountain View, their loss dropped their record down to 5-3.

Summit skirted past Mountain View 2-1 when the teams last played back in October of 2024. Will the Storm repeat their success, or do the Cougars have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
