Liberty got themselves on the board against Newton Falls on Friday, but Newton Falls never followed suit. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat the Tigers 56-0. The result was nothing new for the Leopards, who have now won four games by 29 points or more so far this season.

Dawaun Moody threw for 55 yards and one touchdown. Xavier McDougald was his top target, picking up 55 receiving yards and one TD.

Liberty's win was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 5-1. The road victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 39.3 points over those games. As for Newton Falls, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-6.

Coming up, Liberty will square off against Garfield at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The Leopards will need to watch out since the G-Men have now posted at least 31 points every time they've taken the field this season. As for Newton Falls, they will face off against Crestview at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The Rebels' defense has only allowed 7.8 points per game this season, so the Tigers' offense will have their work cut out for them.
