Basketball Game Preview: Logan Elm Braves vs. Fairfield Union Falcons

Logan Elm hasn't had much luck against Fairfield Union recently, but that could start to change on Monday. The two teams will compete for holiday cheer at 7:00 p.m. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.

Logan Elm is headed into Monday's game looking for a big change in momentum after dropping their sixth straight game on Friday. They were three points away from ending the streak, but they lost a 46-43 heartbreaker at the hands of Amanda-Clearcreek.

Meanwhile, after a string of three wins, Fairfield Union's good fortune finally ran out on Friday. They took a hard 61-44 fall against Bishop Watterson.

Logan Elm's defeat dropped their record down to 1-7. As for Fairfield Union, their loss dropped their record down to 3-2.

Logan Elm came up short against Fairfield Union in their previous meeting back in February, falling 49-43. Can Logan Elm avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
