Baseball Recap: Litchfield Comes Up Short

Litchfield fell victim to Rockford and their airtight pitching crew on Thursday. They lost 13-0 to the Rockets. The Dragons haven't had much luck with the Rockets recently, as the team has come up short the last three times they've met.

Litchfield's defeat dropped their record down to 3-11. As for Rockford, they pushed their record up to 13-1 with the win, which was their 14th straight on the road dating back to last season.

Looking ahead, Litchfield will take on Maple Lake at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The Dragons are facing the Irish at the right time seeing as the Irish are stuck on a four-game losing streak. As for Rockford, they will square off against Annandale at 4:30 p.m. on Monday.
